What has moved since we last checked

Sources last checked 2 September 2026. When a department updates a policy we cite, the change is noted here with the date and what moved. This page exists so you can tell whether anyone is still looking.

The log

The ACT's page moved.

The Education Directorate's NDIS content is no longer at its previous address, which now redirects to a general education landing page. The same single sentence about therapy appointments at school is published at the ACT Government's “Students with disability” page, and the ACT still publishes no provider-access procedure. The gap is unchanged; only the address moved.

Everything else held.

Victoria's policy is still dated 8 July 2025 and its step-2 guidance 25 March 2026. Queensland's procedure is still Version 1.4, effective 3 June 2022. Tasmania's is still Version 1.0, 12 May 2023. Western Australia is still marked last reviewed 5 March 2026. NSW's Scheme page is still last modified 10 August 2026. The Northern Territory's provider package still returns HTTP 403.

Standing note

The page most overdue is Queensland's. Its own listed review date of 12 November 2021 has passed and the procedure has not been revised since June 2022. Victoria's guidance moves most often. Those two are where to look first.

  2. 02 Professional indemnity and public liability minimums, with the blanks left blank
  3. 03 The instrument each department requires, and who signs it

…and 8 more, including the two published decision clocks and the jurisdictions we could not establish.
